A fixed 5% of ticket sales. No negotiation, no hidden charges. Your event goes live straight away.

Flat fee
Propose a flat fee instead of a percentage. We review it and get back to you.
Who pays the 5%?
You choose, ticket by ticket:
- You pay it: the fee is deducted from your payout after the event.
- Your customer pays it: turn on “Transfer service fees to customer”. The fee is added at checkout and you keep 100% of the ticket price.
Questions
When do I get paid?
Once your event has ended, we settle your earnings to the bank account saved on your profile. Add your payout details under Account → Profile before your event.
What does “transfer the fee to the customer” mean?
On any paid ticket you can switch on “Transfer service fees to customer”. The 5% is added on top at checkout, so you receive the full ticket price.
Is there a fee on free tickets?
No. Free events and free tickets are always free for organisers.
We run large events. Can we pay a flat fee instead?
Yes. When you create an event, choose “Pay a flat fee” and tell us the amount you would like to pay. BULLSTIX reviews it and contacts you, usually within 12-24 hours.
